51st Annual General Meeting
NOTICE

Dear Member,

       Notice is hereby given to all the members of the Association that the 51st Annual General Meeting of the members will be held on 20th June, 2009 at 9.00 am at Shri Surat Vishalad Vanik Gnati Wadi, Gujjar Falia, Haripura, Surat  wherein the following business will be transacted.

AGENDA

1. To read and confirm the minutes of last Annual General Meeting held on 7th December, 2008.
2. To receive and adopt the audited Statements of Accounts of the Association for the year ended on 31st March, 2009.
3. To appoint Hon. Auditors for the year 2009-10.
4. To elect office bearers of the Association for the year 2009-10.
5. To elect members of managing committee of the Association for the year 2009-10.
6. To elect members of the Library and Bulletin Committee for the year 2009-10.
7. To elect new trustees of the Welfare fund.
8. To transact any other business that may be brought with the permission of the Chair.
